How does it work?
- The address of the collection point is: Aan de Brikkebouw 10, in Maastricht.
- The entrance to the collection point is located at the Sphinxkwartier car park (floor 1, shop).
- The opening hours are from 12:00 to 17:00.
- You can easily order via the webshop www.blanchedael.nl.
- Select the pick-up point 'branderij' at checkout.
- Choose the day of collection.
- Parking is possible at Q-park Sphinxterrein and Q-park Frontenpark.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS?
For shipping within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 5.95 per order. From an order higher than €30, the shipping costs drop to €2.50. We offer free shipping from €50.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS IN BELGIUM & EU?
The shipping costs to Belgium are € 9.95. From an order from € 30, - the shipping costs decrease to € 4.95. We offer free shipping to Belgium from € 99.95. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be offered the same working day at PostNL. Due to the Coronavirus, PostNL receives a record number of parcels nationwide. As a result, it takes longer to deliver your package in certain regions. Due to the lockdown, delivery by PostNL currently takes place within 1 to 14 working days. HOW MANY TIMES DOES POSTNL DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE?

HOW DOES THE BIKE COURIER DELIVERY WORK?
Choose sustainable delivery in Maastricht by a local bicycle courier. If you are not at home at the chosen time slot, we will hand over the package to the neighbors. If they cannot accept the package, you can collect the package from the Blanche Dael roastery (Aan de Brikkebouw 10) from the next working day.
CAN I PROVIDE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS THAN THE INVOICE ADDRESS?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE POSSIBLE?
Maison Blanche Dael uses the certified Buckaroo software. You can pay directly via Ideal, MisterCash, PayPal and credit card. You also have the option to pay for your product in advance by bank transfer.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE IF TRANSFER?
Ideal, MisterCash, PayPal and Credit Card payments are recognized directly in our system. The receipt of your payment via Bank Transfer takes up to 2 working days longer because the different banks have different payment terms. In the case of bank transfer, we can therefore not guarantee that the order will be delivered to you within two working days.
ARE THE PRICES INCLUDING OR EXCLUDING VAT?
All prices, as indicated on the website, include VAT. The VAT rate for coffee, tea, food and non-alcoholic drinks is 9%. The other products are taxed at 21%.
IS THE COFFEE BURNED ITSELF?
Yes, the coffee is freshly roasted by our master roasters in Maastricht. Freshness and craftsmanship are important core values of Maison Blanche Dael.
IS BLANCHE DAEL'S COFFEE SUITABLE FOR A FULLY AUTOMATIC ESPRESSO MACHINE?
Of course. Blanche Dael's beans are normally roasted and they are 100% natural and unprocessed.
CAN I ALSO USE THE CAFFÈ RISTRETTO IN MY FULLY AUTOMATIC?
This is possible if you only put a handful of fresh beans in the machine per brewing cycle. After a while you will have to clean the brewing house one more time. For more information, please refer to the operating instructions for the equipment.
ARE THERE ARTIFICIAL ADDITIONS MADE TO THE COFFEE AND TEA?
No, all coffee and tea are 100% natural and no artificial fragrances, colors or flavors are added.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SERVE MAISON BLANCHE DAEL COFFEE AS A HORECA CUSTOMER?

HOW MANY COFFEE BEANS ARE GROUND PER CUP AND HOW MUCH DOES A COFFEE BEAN WEIGH?
Each cup of coffee contains on average 50 coffee beans. one coffee bean weighs about 0.15 grams.
IF THE PRODUCT DOESN'T APPEAR TO YOU, WHERE CAN I SEND IT TO?
You can return physical products such as accessories, provided the articles have not been opened, to Maison Blanche Dael. Send an email to email@example.com and they will help you further. The return costs are borne by the buyer.
CAN I ALSO SEND COFFEE RETURN?
Unfortunately, we cannot take coffee back. Our coffee is a fresh product and is roasted fresh daily with the utmost care. Only in the unlikely event that something is wrong with the branding. After receipt, these beans are extensively tested by our certified Q-graders and 'cuppers' to determine a defect in the coffee.
CAN I ALSO SEND TEA & CONDITIONS RETURN?
Since tea & confectionery fall under the fresh food category, we cannot take them back. Our products are continuously assessed for taste, quality and freshness. Only in the unlikely event that something is not right with the quality. When returned, these products are assessed by our certified and experienced tasters.
