Albert Berghof, the owner of Blanche Dael (and Q-grader and tea sommelier), enjoys his coffee moments during the day. It starts around 8.30 am with the first filter coffee of the day. This is a different coffee every morning, roasted by Dave or Cherelle that week. During the day, he drinks about 6 cups of coffee. Albert knows from experience that it is better not to drink coffee in the evening to prevent him from falling asleep. After dinner, he prefers a cup of tea or decaf. We import coffee from two suppliers who form a blend with a full sweet coffee flavour for our Dael's decaf, but without caffeine.
