Blanche Dael Barista Box

In the pursuit of consistent quality, Blanche Dael has created the Barista box. It is intended for companies that work with filter carrier equipment (piston machines) and that, in this way, can get a better grip on their variables.

With the Barista box, a barista can better (learn to) control the coffee preparation process.

The contents of the Barista box consist of a scale, two shot glasses, a digital timer, a thermometer and a personalised booklet containing specific information about your type(s) of coffee and the recommended parameters.
