Coffee consists of more than 98% water. The perfect quality of the water is therefore crucial for ideal coffee results. With CLARIS Smart, JURA is revolutionising water filtration. For the first time, a fully automatic machine* communicates permanently with the filter thanks to modern RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. It recognises whether a filter has been inserted and then automatically activates the correct mode. In addition, information on the filter use is constantly collected, and a message is issued when the filter is worn out. This not only makes filter changes incredibly easy but also enables CLARIS Smart to operate effectively.
